It's open to breeders of all animals that are legal to own - alpacas, birds, camels, cats, cattle, chickens, deer, dogs, donkeys, ducks, goats, horses, llamas, rabbits, sheep - well you get the idea.

Yocom-McColl is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation technology for measuring average fiber diameter of animal fibers, CSIRO's Sirolan Laserscan and BSC Electronics' OFDA100(Optical Fibre Diameter Analyser). Microprojection continues to be available as a manual method for measuring fiber diameter for core testing.
